As a guy myself, let me start by saying you cannot force him to fall in love with you. You had better trust me on this one because any overly agressive attempt you make at it will, at best, make him fall in LUST for you. That's not what you want.

First of all the guy isn't going to be in love with you just because he asks you out on a date. Love takes time!!! And if you need to MAKE a guy fall in love with you...you got problems.

First off you cannot make someone love you who does not have interest in you like that, in my opinion there's always a grand design and love is always reciprocated, you know nothing about him so chances are that you do not love him.
